Precinct  ACE
Seven years ago, no one would have expected much out of Rachel Aspen.
Many would have had to stop and think about who she even was.  Immediately
following her graduation from high school, Rachel attended the Nero
University Criminal Justice program.

Upon her graduation...a year early...she attended the Delta City Police
Academy.  She graduated in the 50th percentile of her class.  She was
assigned to the 22nd precinct where she took a beat in the Dimeo Place
District.

She was on the force for less than year when tragedy struck.  Rachel's
parents were killed in a car accident during her fifth month on the job.  She
and her younger sister were left alone.

Nine months later, Rachel was to face an even worse ordeal than losing her
parents.  One night, after an extra shift that she had picked up to help with the
bills, her sister had come to pick her up from the station.  It would be the last
time they ever saw each other.

A very large and dangerous A.R.C. attacked Rachel and her sister in the
parking lot.  He literally ripped Rachel apart, and then proceeded to beat her
sister to death while she watched.  The A.R.C. then left Rachel for dead.  But
she wasn't so willing to die.

To everyone's amazement, Rachel was alive....barely...but alive.  She was
treated, and rebuilt.  Her right arm, right eye, most of her skull, and her spine
were replaced with advanced cybernetics.  She spent several grueling months
in physical therapy, and psychological counseling.

Aspen returned to the police force, and upon her return began her transition
into a police officer of which to take note.  She began to show stunning
potential in marksmanship, and eventually made the DCPD Sharpshooter
team.  After one season of competition on that team, she turned her attention
to the more elite units.

Rachel Aspen tried out and made the Swat team for the third precinct.  She
soon became the team sniper and made quite a name for herself as the
officer rarely spoke....but never missed.

Drake soon came to hear of Rachel Aspen and sought her out.  He checked
her record and then spoke to the departmental psychologist about Aspen's
stability.  The psychologist said that the only signs of lasting trauma to Rachel
Aspen were mostly physical.  The fact that she spoke so rarely was most likely
due to her feelings that she had lost all of her family and had no one to
confide in.  Other than that...she was completely clear for all levels of police
work.

Beautiful...silent...deadly.  Sergeant Rachel Aspen is possibly the most lethal
member of the entire C-Squad.
